It used to be one went to Fashion Bug to pick up nice, hip clothes and even work attire. The clothes were nice and the prices were very reasonable. I don't shop for clothes very often, I guess I am the anti-woman when it comes to that stereotype, but when I go I end up spending at least a couple of hundred dollars on seriously awesome outfits or whatever I need.
I don't know what has happened to Fashion Bug, but they went from being trendy to being old lady. The clothing styles are now more like something my grandmother would wear and the place is packed with it, you can barely walk around the store and see what is available. The dresses look more like housecoats, the t-shirts are such a baggy cut that no matter what your shape and size, you look like a blob. They have little to no shorts, the skorts are all gone, and forget about trying to find a skirt. The prices are outrageous - $30 for a pair of shorts or ugly, blob shirt.
No wonder why they have so many stores closing up, I know I will never be shopping there again. It is a shame because I have been a loyal customer for at least 25 years. Personally I think they need to fire whoever their 83-year old buyer is and get someone in there with some style sense for all sizes, once they do that I will consider heading on over there again, until then good bye old friend because you are no longer a good BUY!
