Farmers Insurance Review

My husband and I each had Farmers Insurance auto policies before we married and decided to stay with Farmers because it was convenient to keep our policies and we could afford their rates. Over the years we have had all of our cars insured through Farmers, plus our homeowner's policy and eventually added a life insurance policy.

Our agent, T. Allen Drew, in Edmond, OK, has been very helpful any time we have had a question, concern, or claim. It is nice to have a friendly agent who knows us by name, not just our policy number, taking care of our insurance needs. He has even saved us money a few times over the years by letting us know when changes occur that we would benefit from taking advantage of, such as a new homeowner's insurance plan he recently suggested that could save us hundreds of dollars over our old plan. I am a firm believer that the employees of a company are a reflection of the company as a whole, and from what we've seen from our agent, Farmers is an excellent company.

Even though we've been very happy with Farmers, we did check into other insurance companies about a year ago, just in case we could get a much lower rate on our policies because we needed to cut some expenses. We actually discovered that the rates we have with Farmers were the same or cheaper than several other insurance companies. It was just another confirmation that we had made the right choice by staying with Farmers.
