Everything is great from the customer service to they way they handled my claim. I really appreciate Farmers for "getting me back where I belonged." The first person I talked to was very helpful in getting my information and promised that someone would call me in 2-3 days, well later that day I received a phone call from my adjuster who was assigned to my claim. She was very nice and thorough. In the process of our conversation she explained to me about my homeowner's policy, how it works, and all about my coverage. There were some limits on the things I had lost, but for anything that was limited they applied it to my deductible so I didn't end up paying any deductible at all. That impressed me. She took a list of everything that was lost and we talked about each item in detail. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone just going over everything. Then she explained the rest of the process and that she would be calling in about three days to go over the entire settlement. It actually only took two days, and she did call me and thoroughly covered how much of a check I would be receiving and how it was broken out. She explained how the depreciation worked and everything. Then in a few days I received my check. It was an excellent experience. I very highly recommend Farmers Insurance, I know I will not ever be leaving.
