They are not a good neighbor

appreciative of good service, on a budget, safe driver with a good record, your basic auto insurance user, Love to save money

We have had Farmers one year now and already had a rate increase. Then we had an accident and cannot figure out who has the ball on our claim. It would not be the local farmers agent in our city. It is someone outside the area. Also the original quote was increased when we received our first bill. We gave them accurate information. Should have stayed where I was where they acutally lowered my rates over the years. I would not recommend Farmers. It has been 5 days now since I was supposed to receive info on my claim (again). They take your money fast and service you slow.
