I have been a Farmer's Insurance Company customer for well over 20 years. Over the years I have had occasion to use a wide variety of their products including renter's and homeowner's insurance, auto and RV insurance, and whole life insurance. I have had the luxury of having only two different agents over the 20+ years and have excellent claims service. I believe there is a distinct advantage to having a local agent in a bricks and mortar office rather than an online agent or company. I believe the service is more personal and more prompt as the agent has a vested interest in providing excellent customer service because he knows the customer and sees him face to face. Farmer's has a wide variety of insurance products including personal and commercial insurances.
