FARMER'S INSURANCE-- RUN AWAY FAST AS YOU CAN!

Was a customer for over 25 years. Was involved in an accident which totalled my car... 100% loss. My car was 6 months from being paid off. Though I provided sufficient evidence for the fair market value of my loss, they refused to consider it. They were rude and condescending to me. I got a bit of justice when I was notified of a class action lawsuit against them for doing the same with others several years later. I joined that suit knowing I'd probably never see much out of it.. which I didn't.. but in the hopes that it wouldn't happen to other people. It was a horrific experience trying to deal with Farmer's. Their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is doing. BUYER BEWARE!!
