Farmers Insurance Review

After I lost my first home to Hurrican Katrina, it was almost impossible to find an insurance company to insure a new home that I was looking to purchase. A local agent suggested Farmers. While I had never heard of the company, the agent had such great things to say that I decided it was worth a try, I could always change later if I wanted to. It has been almost four years now, and I would not change my company for any other. I learned, as many others did, that after Katrina, the insurance industry in the south would never be the same. Not only was it next to impossible to get someone to give you insurance, it was at astrinomical prices. While I did incur a small inflation in my policy the year following the hurricane, it has since gone down. The company recognizes that the previous claim that I had was related to a once in a lifetime natural disaster that may never occur again while I have their policy. Therefore, they forgave my past claim and now gice me a better rate, and the best policy that I think anyone in this area has nowadays. I could not ask for anything more.
