Farm Rich Mini Quesadilla Slices are absolutely delicious! They come in a few different flavors, our favorite is the chicken and cheese. They heat really well in the oven to a nice light crunch on the outside, while still being cheesy and soft inside, They are not too spicy but do have a little kick to them.

While looking for something different to have as a snack to munch on or as an appetizer I decided to try these Farm Rich Mini Quesedilla Slices which come in a 20 ounce bag in the frozen foods section of the grocery store. Each bag holds between 9-12 pie shaped wedges of grilled chicken and a variety of 3 kinds of cheese in each slice. Each quesadilla has bite size chunks of white chicken meat and holds Mozzerella, Monery Jack and Cheddar in every slice. The wedges are each made of dough and they are not precooked and are to remain frozen until ready for use. They can be cooked in an oven, a toaster oven, or the microwave.For ovens they take about 14 - 16 minuets and in a toaster oven about 16-18 minuets. In a microwave, you can do 4 pieces in about 2 minuets time remembering that each microwave may vary. Farm Rich has 5 varietys to choose from. They offer the Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas, Pizza Slices, Mozzerella Bites, Cheese Sticks, and Mushrooms. Each wedge is approximately 2 1/2 - 3 inches in length and the dough is made of wheat flour.
