Farberware Twin Pack Cookie Pans Review

My mother bought me the Farberware twin pack cookie pans several years ago for my birthday and I use them ALL the time. It comes with two 11x15 cookie sheets that are non stick and super easy to clean up. I bake all the time, and its great to have two different cookie pans that I can use at the same time and get more done at once. Since these cookie pans have a small lip on them, they can also be used for more than just baking cookies, I have used them to bake chicken on and the lip is just high enough to keep the juices from running off the edge. The cookie sheets are a light gray, and it doesn't seem to burn food as easily as they darker non stick metals do. However I have noticed that I sometimes have to adjust my cooking temperature to make sure things don't get overdone. I never have to use any cooking spray or oil on these, food comes off very easily without sticking. Great product!
