ive been looking for a great paring knife for a long time...i do a lot of cooking and i need a knife that is sharp and will keep an edge.....ive found the perfect knife in the farberware three inch paring knife....i can pare anything with it.....its dishwasher safe and has forged triple riveted handles....its also ergonomically designed so its very comfortable in my had when im using it
