Crafted from heavy weight steel Farberware Insulated Bakeware is a dream to bake with. The layer of air (which makes it insulated) helps with even browning and baking. COOKIES do NOT burn on the bottom. They look like they have just came from a bakery! The nonstick surface elimates all need for cooking sprays or the extra cholesterol of Crisco.
