Before purchasing my farberware non-stick set, I had a stainless steel set for 50 years. There was nothing wrong with it...I just wanted something new...Now I wish I had the old set back. These pots and pans are chipping. I am not sure it is safe to cook with them.

I received the 10 piece Farberware nonstick cookware for Christmas a few years ago. I was beyond excited because I have always heard great things about Farberware. I used all of the cookware and found that the pans cooked my meals great. The frying pans were nonstick, and I was able to fry foods in them with less oil. The larger pan was the perfect size to cook pasta dishes. All of the pans cooked my food more evenly, quickly, and without letting food stick to the pans. The pans are also durable and easy to clean. I received the Farberware cookware set about 4 years ago, and I am still using all of the pans today! I recommend Farberware cookware for any cook. Doesn't Stick When cooking with these pans, you can use just a small amount of oil and your food will not stick. Heat Distribution The pans allow heat to distribute very evenly. My meals were always cooked quickly and evenly throughout the pan. Ease of Handling These pans are durable, but not so heavy that you cannot handle them easily. Ease of Cleaning All of these pans are easy to clean. Durability I have had my pans for many years and am still using them.

I got the farberware 10 piece non-stick cookware set as a Christmas gift from my mother in law about 3 years ago. It lasted a while but I always have to tighten the handles almost every time i use them. Its a little scary because if I am boiling something in the pot and then grab it off of the stove, I'm afraid the handle might come apart and then I get burned. Other then that the non stick is great, and the color is perfect. Pretty nice looking set.

These pans are very durable, even with five people using them on a daily basis! We use non-stick spray, with other pans every food always stuck to the pan. With these we still use non-stick spray, but you could cook without it if you preferred. I have not had any issues with food sticking to the pans at all. The inside coating is awesome it does not peel off like other coating often does. The lids are great too, they stay on tight and are easy to clean as are the pans. Most times all I have to do is wipe with soapy cloth, dry and put back into cupboard if it makes it there before someone needs to use it. I have a very busy family with different schedules, so this works great for all of us! Doesn't Stick Have had no problems with sticking. Heat Distribution Very well I have a gas stove which I love, I do not like electric .

I received this set as a gift. I've used it a few times and haven't had any major complaints about it. I prefer stainless steel cookware since it heats more evenly, but this set is fine for anyone who does light cooking. It doesn't seem to distribute heat very evenly and things take a bit longer to cook, but it gets the job done. I can fry or scramble an egg on the pan with barely any oil or butter and it won't stick which is obviously a plus. I haven't had any problems with the nonstick stuff flaking off either like many other nonstick cookware, but like I said, I've also only used these a few times so far. The best quality of this cookware is definitely how easy they are to clean. I can wipe out any mess with as little as a wet paper towel. I would suggest this set to anyone who isn't a serious cook. It's a really good starter set, especially for someone who doesn't have time or patience for the cleaning maintenance that stainless steel sets take.

I use farberware for all my cooking. I have had my cookware for about 2 years. I was so excited to have this set. However, after 2 years, the teflon coating has started to wear off on the fry pans. The pots are still in pretty good shape and they have taken a beating. I am just a little disappointed in the fry pans. I have never used anything but plastic utensils-never anything metal. Doesn't Stick I have never had an issue with anything sticking in these pots and pans. Heat Distribution I am well satisfied with the heat distribution of these pots and pans. They seem to distribute the heat well if used on an appropriate-sized burner. Ease of Handling They are not too heavy and the handles are well shaped for easy handling. Ease of Cleaning I stopped using my dish washer to save on my electric bill, but hand washing them is a breeze. Design I have a black and silver set. They are very classy looking. Durability I have had this set for 2 years and they still look very good, excep[t for the fry pans. I have a 10-inch and a 12-inch. They have started to lose a lot of the teflon finish.

I bought these for my husband, and they are amazing! The non-stick is the best I've seen. We've had them a while and there's no peeling or scratches. We use these pans everyday, and they have made everything so much easier! I don't have to worry about food sticking to the pans, and cleaning them is an absolute breeze! I will admit, I had my doubts about buying these because I am a firm believer that "You get what you pay for", but I was a tad short on cash and couldn't afford to buy some of the top of the line expensive pans. I am so happy I took the risk of buying these, the quality is outstanding as is the price! Overall, an amazing deal! I would recommend these to anyone and everyone! (Especially if you hate scrubbing pots and pans!)

I am very happy with this pan set. I have had it for years and it has withstood a lot of use as well as a little bit of abuse. I am a casual cook so I am not the nicest to these pots and pans in terms of being gentle but they have stayed in good shape. The nonstick surface does not rub off when cooking or cleaning which is crucial. The handles get a little hot when cooking so you have to be conscious of that. They evenly heat up which is nice when you have a full pan cooking. The lids fit nicely on the pots. Doesn't Stick The pans don't stick for the most part, but they did stick the last time I used them. I am not sure if it is because of what I was cooking which was chicken francese. The breading on the chicken came off and stuck to the pan quite hard. I was able to scrape it off but the chicken did not look pretty as a result. Ease of Cleaning These pans are pretty easy to clean with a scrub brush and soap but they also come clean very nicely in the dishwasher.
