Far East makes a good spanish rice. I don't like a lot of rice products, but this is very good. It is a little expensive for a little box of rice, around $2-2.50.  It takes about 20 minutes to make, just boil water, butter and simmer for 20 minutes.  It's pretty good with some kielbasa cut up and mixed in.
