My 3 year old daughter was introduced to the Fancy nancy books this weekend and instantly feel in love!

Fancy Nancy books are a great way to expand your childs vocabulary. Fancy Nancy writes her books replacing extraordinary words (that is "fancy" for really good!) for ordinary terms.

Fancy Nancy books are wonderful and unique (fancy for really special). I am running out to the library this week to get as many books as I can.... and then will buy her favorites.

Fancy Nancy has great books for little girls looking to learn!

Beezus and Ramona were the key characters in books written by Beverly Cleary. Girls who read her books progressed into the Judy Blume books and we would later become the Danielle Steel lovers.

I'm not sure about Ramona the Brave. I'm not familiar with those books. I sure like Junie B. Jones though. I like to read them with a "valley girl" type accent! :-)

Isn't the Junie B. Jones books the modern day contemporary to Ramona the Brave? I loved the Beezus and Ramona books and the Amelia Bedelia books.

I kept your review in mind when I originally read it. I went to Amazon and put several on my wishlist to give to my best friend's granddaughter (will be 5 next month) for Christmas. Thanks for the review. You gave me a little help with holiday shopping :+)

Thank you. I've been looking for a good "prize" for my three year old niece.

Fancy Nancy huh? Sounds addicting. I keep seeing the title and then get caught up in doing something else but I finally read your review. Okay Jolie let's hear a fun sample sentence from one of the books!

Sounds like some cute books!

Awe, sounds like a cute book! When she gets older I recommend Junie B. Jones. I loved reading those with my daughter. They could have made a Saturday morning cartoon series out of it!

I've never heard of these books-- will have to check them out as I'm always looking for books to recommend to the families I work with.
