I paid $47 with shipping for a Kentucky logo jersey. The first time I washed it the iron on logo on the front and the back is crinkled and looks like I have had it for many years. The white from the logo bled out onto the Jersey as well. This is such poor quality. There is no customer service number to contact just a mailing address. BUYER BEWARE

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I purchased 2 hats on October 18, 2016. 37 days later, the hats still had not arrived, even after numerous complaints. Each time I was told they were having "system" problems. In reality, I suspect they use the drop ship method of "merchandising" and actually have no idea of quantities on hand with their suppliers. I was originally charged $51.94 as soon as I placed the order. However, the order still showed "submitted" on their website even 37 days later. I complained several times and was eventually refunded $15.59 after about two weeks but still no hats. Eventually, after 37 days, they finally sent me an email stating that the hats were not available. They offered to refund me $14.71 for one hat and $6.05 for the other, but this doesn't add up. I will do the math for them: $51.94 - original price. Attempted refunds $15.59 plus $14.71 plus $6.05 equals $36.35 (not $51.94). Where is the other $15.59? To be fair, they also offered me two $10 discounts for my next order, but I just want my original $$$$ back. I would NEVER do business with this pitiful company again anyway.

The address in my confirmation email is correct however they put the wrong address on my package. FedEx said the company needed to call them in order for me to receive my package. I chatted with one of their customer service computers online who just stated what i already knew "that my order was stuck at a FedEx 90 miles away" and answered none of my questions, just kept repeating my order. I then tried multiple times to call the "help" desk and that's not very helping. Another computer stated each time that they are having technical difficulties and disconnected me each time. Next i tried to email them, once again not speaking with an actual person and just repeating and avoiding helping. I'm so upset. I still don't have my package.

They are friendly, and care about your business, so will go out of their way to make things right. Shipping and Returns Shipping is usually 3 to 5 days, and orders over $75 ship free; I have never returned merchandise ordered with them.

I'm a Washington Redskins fan who lives in Ohio so it's hard to find in sports gear of my favorite team. Every now and then I can find a jersey for my team at the sports shop in the mall. I can find all kinds of cool stuff for the Browns and Bengals, even the Steelers, but never for the Redskins. I was told about Fanatics.com and logged on and instantly fell in love. They have more items than imaginable for all of my favorite teams. This past year I got Redskins jersey's for my kids, RGIII for them and a Brian Orakpo jersey for myself. I also bought them some Redskins gloves and boots at Christmas. I found some really cool stuff for my man cave including a replica Redskins throwback helmet that was under $100. I bought from Fanatics a week ago and I am extremely satisfied with everything. I wanted to buy a New Era beanie just in time for the NFL playoffs. Footlocker, Sports Authority, and most of the stores nearby were completely sold out. I needed the beanie in a few days, and so I tried amazon Prime but they were sold out too. I finally came across Fanatics and found that they had a bunch in stock! I am also a part of Shop Runner so I was able to receive free two day shipping. Usually, when I use shop runner, the online stores take forever to process the order. So even though items get shipped in two days, I would receive them 5 days later due to the slow processing. Fanatics processed my order overnight! I received my beanie in three days. My New Era beanie was authentic, in perfect condition, and it fit just right. I am very happy with my order from Fanatics. Fanatics.com is the absolute best fan store on the planet. They offer everything you can imagine. They have hoodies, gloves, jerseys, belts, hats, and everything else under the sun. I have ordered many items from them and have always received my order before the expected delivery date. Fanatics.com has a free rewards program that offers free 3-day shipping, 5% fan cash back on orders over $50, and 10% fan cash back on orders over $100. The only thing I wasn't pleased with is that there weren't any current authentic NBA jerseys. They only offer Swingman jerseys, which are lower in price, but also in quality. The Swingman jersey's lettering and logo is screen printed on polyester. Screen print lettering comes off very easily after a couple of times in the wash. The authentic jersey's lettering and logo is stitched on ClimaCool mesh that will last for years. The only authentic NBA jerseys they offer are vintage (throwbacks). With that said, I would definitely recommend Fanatics.com to anyone looking for fan gear at a good price.
