Family Guy Review

     I'm a teacher at a preschool, I work with three to five year olds. Some of the childrens parents don't beleive that cable is appropriate for their young children, so they do not have cable.  I just moved and currently don't have cable yet but I still do catch channel five. 

     Every night at about six p.m. there are two episodes of family guy.  I have two children, one is seven and the other is nine.  Family guy is the only  cartoon on channel five and that is like right before dinner time and a prime time to watch television at my house.

    In the theme song they sing about "it seems today that all we see are violence ----------and sex on tv. what ever happen to the old fashion family values we use to rely on" or something like that and then it claims to be a good family show.  How do you figurethat?

    There is a baby with some really adult word and conversations, a dog that acts like a real human and does things that should not be appropriate to watch for children.(that's an opinion)  This show makes the simpsons look like angels.

    During the commercial breaks It says that this show is sponsored by Heald Business College.  They can't be serious, what rocket scientist allowed that? 

    I guess maybe I feel they should put that show on adult swim or maybe a more mature channel so that people can make better judgements on what channels to let their children to watch.  K 5 is upposed to be the home team famoly channel.
