Great Place to Stay, as long you have no special needs

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott was a bit disappointing in some ways, but nice in others. The most positive things I can say? 1)The desk staff were very friendly & helpful, eager to please. 2)Our rooms were very clean, and I especially liked the bedding - nice crisp sheets. 3)Location, location, location! Right next door to Six Flags, lots of restaurants close by, plenty of other attractions in the immediate area. Would I recommend Fairfield Inn to others? This facility affords some of the amenities of a hotel at least one grade upward. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom had recently been remodeled as well. The location was almost within walking distance of Six Flags. Theneighborhood (business & lodging) made for a relaxing run in the morning. Restaurants were very close. The facility was located just far off of the interstate to be handy without being exposed to the usual problems associated with a hotel on the interstate corridor. It seemed that the hotel must be brand new because everything was in fine working order and so clean. The staff was freindly, but not hovering. I really enjoyed the late night cookies in the lobby. It was located close to two major highways offering quick access to everything in Arlington, but it had the feel of a suburban property.

Dining: Short Drive, Ate my first dinner at Piccolo Mondo. Fantastic Italian restaurant just a short drive down the street on which the hotel is located. There are many other dinning spots in all price ranges nearby. Also, Six Flags and the Nokia theatre are nearby....

The hotel is comfortable and cozy and not far from 6 flags over Texas or the water park. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and you in the middle of both Dallas and Ft Worth. The major mall is about 20 minutes away on Cooper Avenue and it's huge and it's called The Park. The hotel staff was very friendly and there is a nice outside pool. They have free internet access for you laptop computers.

Recreational Attactions: Short Drive, There is a Chinese buffet in walking distance from the hotel with very good service.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was so clean. Nothing was out of place and you constantly saw someone cleaning!!! I would and have recommended this hotel to anyone going to this area!!

Recreational Attactions: Short Drive, I would take the trolly to and from family attractions. This not only saved money on parking but was very easy and accomidations were outstanding!!!

The Fairfield Inn was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and fully stocked. There was a wide selection from waffles to yogurt or cereal. The front desk staff was helpful and polite.

Recreational Attactions: Short Drive, The chinese buffet across the street is great.

The Fairfield Inn - Six Flags was very comfortable, it had a desk and wirelees internet. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area. The location was very good -- it was only one mile to Six-Flags and Ameriquest Ballpark.
