I have taken many different diet pills before and I honestly did not think this was going to work just like the other ones, but considering it was "new" I figured I would try it out. Lean EFX is a diet pill that really works! It is also supposed to be a safe pill, which is a great thing. I started taking Lean EFX diet pill like it said after I had something to eat and after 30 minutes I started to feel the pill working.  All of the sudden I got a big rush of energy all through my body (it wasn't anything like anxious or jittery or anything) it was just plain energy.  I felt alert and awake and in a very good mood. (I later found out it is supposed to be a mood enhancer as well). I must say that my appetite was completely gone.  I did not want or crave anything all day long.  Although, you do have to make yourself eat or else you might start feeling bad. I only take this pill every other day because I feel like the pill is still in me the next day.  Again, I'm not hungry and I still have a lot of energy-which is also good because I don't have to buy them as often :)  I try to go to the gym just about every other day and run as well.  This diet pill definitely helped me focus and work out for a longer period of time. As far as my running goes, I ran 1/2 mile more than usual! (this was, of course, after eating a good breakfast) NEVER take this diet pill on an empty stomach or it will not make you feel like it is supposed to. You will not feel well at all if you do not eat. Anyway, the energy did last all day and when I was getting ready to go to bed, I felt great and was able to sleep well.   The only thing that I did not like about this pills is that it gives you cotton mouth.  You need to drink a lot of water and make sure that you DO NOT take it in the afternoon only in the mornings AFTER you have eaten something.  If you take it in the afternoon, you WILL NOT get a good night's sleep. (at least in mine and my husband's case). When I took this diet pill on an empty stomach I did experience a lot of nausea all day long so please make sure you eat something small before you take this diet pill. This pill has made both of us lose up to 10 lbs in 1 month. I feel like it is one of those diet pills that truly work and it works fast! Like I said, we lost 10 lbs in 1 month so I believe this diet pill is great for either sex.
