Facing the Giants —
I saw this movie last year and fell in love with it--not so much because of the acting, which was done by amateurs, but because of the message behind the whole story. I am not a "holier than thou" person concerning religion, but this movie just gave me an overall good feeling about life. It made me sad in the beginning and there were some teary eyes, but I bought the DVD to have at home. It just makes me feel good when times are tough and I want to give up. It makes me feel human in that, no matter what, I just have to give praise to God in good times and ask for his help so that I will always try to do my best, and do it in an honorable way. This applies to everything that I do in my life.
