Face-Off Turbo Hockey - 54" Review

Last Christmas, Target was having a special early bird sale and one of the great deals was the Face-Off Turbo Hockey - 54".  We all love air hockey in my family so we raced over to Target and got the last air hockey table for the awesome price of $39.99.  This same one is still selling today but for $59.99.  Still a great deal for this quality product.

My Experience 

On Christmas Eve, my husband set up the the hockey table down in our "play room" and the fact that I didn't hear any yelling, allows me to say that assembly went well.  ;)  On Christmas morning, after my children finished opening all of their presents from Santa, we brought them downstairs.  As soon as they saw the assembled air hockey table, they literally jumped up and down and screamed excitedly.  For the next three hours, we all took turns playing and it was almost as good as the real thing you pay to play with.  The only negative thing that can be said about it is that the pucks are a bit too light and tend to fly off of the table when hit with too much force.  The electronic scoring and the sound effects make us all more competitive.  This table is surprisingly durable for the price we paid.  The legs are quite sturdy. 

My Final Viewpoint

If you are looking for a durable air hockey table that is inexpensive, then the Face-Off Turbo Hockey - 54" is the one for you.  It is, of course, not what you would get if you spent a couple hundred dollars but, for the price of $59.99, you will be getting a great deal. Our whole family continues to have a lot of fun with this table and I highly recommend it.  I give this table a 4 star rating.  I would have went with 5 but removed a star due to the pucks being a bit too light.
