This company will sell you promo cd's with a huge cut in one side for full price then never return emails or answer the phone number they give you.It will tell you you can leave a message and they will return it in the order it was recieved but it just hangs up on you before that can happen.Emails are never answered except for the automated ones that say no further action will be taken unless you reply to the useless automated email -then they either send the same no further action automated email again or just do not respond.once they have your money they do not care if you have a problem or not.DO...

My kids are totally into Webkinz so when she saw a sign on their door advertising them, we decided to check it out. There was a display of Webkinz with a sign on top saying "Buy 1 Get 1 Free!!" Of course, my kids were ecstatic. After much thought, each child chose 2 Webkinz. It was only when we went to the check out that we learned that the free offer was through an in-store rebate only. So there I am, with two kids in love already with their two pets and now, the cost to me has just doubled. There was no mention on the display that it was a rebate. I am shocked at the way this store speaks to thier employees. I was shopping at FYE (Lufkin Tx) and I was sickened by the way the manager was speaking to a young man in the store. I felt so bad for him and did not like the way that he was being bullied. I was in the store 15 mins and I saw this poor kid great each customer and tell us about the sales between being chewed out by his boss. It made me not want to shop there agian. I have been collecting several different types of movies for quite some time, always having to go to e-bay or amazon and having a hard time finding what I wanted. However, as soon as I started going to the FYE in Traverse City, MI, I started having conversations with an employee named Josh. He is TRULY a wonderful person. When I come in with a list of movies or CDs that I want, he drops everything and helps me find what I'm looking for; sometimes the process takes upwards of an hour.
