I've always had decent experiences with FYE. Our local store is getting better about selling more than just big-name pop artistsLost of underground bands have appeared in their CD section in the past few years. Used CDs are in a separate section, but they're not very well organized, so it's hard to find what you want. Used CDs  are good, because their normal prices are quite high.
