FYE Review

Tried to order a game online using a giftcard and paying the balance thru paypal.  Order went thru but dropped the giftcard completely.  No address was entered and no confirmation was received online or thru email so re-ordered the item using giftcard and credit card to pay balance.  Got 2 confirmation emails then.  Tried to cancel the first one but their system did not register any order.  Tried to contact customer service thru phone and online.  No response.  Never got any response from customer service other than automated emails.  Both items shipped so I got a return authorization and returned the extra item thru UPS.  FYE signed for it on Oct 8th. It is now Dec 18th and they still haven't credited my acct even though their customer reps now acknowledge that they have received the return.  Luckily, I had UPS send it with a receipt acknowlegement requested.  I will never order anything else from them or buy something from their stores even though we get a 20% discount thru my spouse's employer.  Worst online experience that I have ever had.
