FX Special Effects Silk Drops Sheer Liquid Silk Smoothing & Polishing Hair Serum Review

I have naturally curly hair and am always looking for a product that will help make it look its best.  My hair tends to be dry, frizzy and dull without using the correct products on it.  I have found a few that work well but I am always looking for the next best thing.  This time I found a 4oz. bottle of FX Special Effects Silk Drops Sheer Liquid Silk Smoothing & Polishing Hair Serum at Wal-Mart for $4.98.  I thought it was a bit expensive for this small amount of product but I was willing to give it a try.  I'm glad that I did!

My Experience

This serum is clear and is of medium thickness.  There really isn't much of a scent to it but that works for me.  I don't like too many scents going on at the same time.  After washing, conditioning and towel drying my hair like usual, I apply an amount about the size of a quarter to my hair.  I make sure to work it through well and am sure to concentrate on my ends where my hair is the driest. I normally can't get a comb through my hair without some sort of detangler added first but with this serum, my comb just slides right through my hair without a problem.  When my hair dries, it is full of shine and feels so silky.  The frizzies are gone and my hair looks great.

FX Special Effects Silk Drops Sheer Liquid Silk Smoothing & Polishing Hair Serum is a quality product that leaves my hair silky smooth and tangle free.  I will definitely buy it again and recommend it.  I am giving FX Special Effects a 5 star rating.
