I have eight dogs and three cats (all rescues...I rescue two dog breeds and the cats seem to appear!) and use the Furminator on all of them. It works incredibly well, and all the animals tolerate it well. It is easy to clean and contains the hair well while being used. Even my pickiest cats and dogs seem to enjoy being groomed with this product. It also stands up to frequent use.....I am still using the original FURminator that I purchased a couple of years ago. I would highly recommend the FURminator to any pet owner.
