Okay, I have to be honest here. The experience I relate was from using FTD last Valentines Day, but in reading some of this years stories, it seems they haven't changed. — Customer service and satisfaction is very LOW on their list! — Last year, I ordered a nice (NICE??) boquet of roses for my wife!
