OUTDATED site and service!

Every day computer user, value conscious, budget conscious, dog lover
Cons
    Expensive delivery charges, Terrible customer service, incompetent sales reps

I was planning on ordering for mothers day. I had an e-gift certificate, which is quite common now.  However there was no place for me to enter it on-line and when I phoned customer service the first person was too incompetent to  assist me in utilizing the certificate of canceling the order. My second call to customer service yielded little resolve as far as using the certificate, although both acknowledged that it was valid, but was able to get my order canceled.
