Okay, I have to be honest here. The experience I relate was from using FTD last Valentines Day, but in reading some of this years stories, it seems they haven't changed.
Customer service and satisfaction is very LOW on their list!
Last year, I ordered a nice (NICE??) boquet of roses for my wife! They arrived looking like something from The Adams Family (look it up). They were quite dead looking.
When I e-mailed my dissatisfaction, it was not answered. When I tracked down a phone number and called, it was, of course, all my fault for living out in the country (why did they sell them to me then?).
They agreed to send some tulips to replace the roses. They too looked like the rear end of a mis-spent life.
My best bet is to simply never order from them again and to tell people when they ask, exactly what they'll get!
