I cashed in $25 worth of points from the website, MyPoints.com for a gift certificate to ftd.com. I wanted to send flowers to my daughter-in-law whose grandfather had died. She lives in a different state than I. Upon attempting to send flowers, the website, ftd.com, said that they could send gifts to that location, but not flowers or plants. Therefore I picked out a gift. Upon completing the transaction there was noplace to enter the gift certificate code, so I filled out a service request to let them know that I wanted to use the gift certificate. Long story short, I was not allowed to use the gift certificate. ftd.com's customer service stinks!Last edited on Feb 24, 2008
