    I do not have to deal with FTD again.

    BAD customer service, non existent service

I cannot say anything bad about the products ... that is because I could never get the product.  After writing to customer service four times, getting two answers that had nothing to do with the problem I was having, I gave up trying to use the $25 gift certificate I received from 'Erewards.com'.  It was not worthed spending my time with a company that could care less about me.
