I had three FTD gift ceft. They were for twenty dollars each. Totaling 60.00. I called FTD to use them and was told I could only use one at a time. Meaning one per purchase. Twenty dollars did not even cover shipping and handling. I was furious. I spent one hour arguing with them why I could not use all three gift cert at one time. Well it is there policy. They also informed me they could only be redeemed on and not in a store. Then I was told since it was for Valentines day I could not use a gift ceft. I finally said just forget it.
At Easter I went on-line to see what they had for Easter Baskets. This was a week before Easter. Since it was a holiday I could not use my Gift Cert. Well they had a promotion in which you could get ten dollars off your next purchase. I was purchasing on-line. I coupon was to be mailed to you. Well I called FTD and said I never received my coupon in my email. They told me I did not qualify because I was ordering an Easter gift Basket. It was for my daughter. The basket was a small basket with a very small stuffed animal and some candy. To put the basket together my self would have cost under ten dollars. I would have been better off going to the store. But due to my illness I do not get out much. So I paid thirty dollars for the basket. Shipping came to 35.00 dollars and this was not express. Nor was the basket heavy. So I called FTD and asked them why not mail it in a flat rate shipping boxing for around nine dollars. I was told they do not use flat rate shipping boxes because they use FED EX.
The basket arrived and it was nothing like the picture. I was to sick to worry about it, and did not have the strength to call FTD. I thought at least my daughter has an Easter Basket.
I would not recommend FTD to anyone. They are a rip off, and in all honesty, I believe I will never be able to use my gift ceft. FTD always has some excuse.
