Don't listen to customer, Misleading errors on Web Site, non existent service, the worst, Beware of Phony, can't get orders straight, flowers delivered don't match the order, don't care that they made a mistake, Expensive delivery charges, substandard flowers, Terrible customer service, don't take responsibility for errors, Don't make amends for their errors, flowers were not as described, too expensive, BAD, Don't listen to the customer, BAD customer service, get less than what you pay for, Liars and theives

I ordered a set of gifts for our 20th anniversary getaway. All came in on the date promised BUT the roses were sent from MIAMI - PROMISED FRESHEST FLOWERS ARRANGED BY LOCAL FLORISTS??? - AND, GET THIS, A note included said they were from a another country!!! No, the flowers did not look fresh, as they clearly were not, and they were wrapped tightly for the box with no water. They looked old and sad, needed lots of trimming and thinning, though it somewhat revived, still not "local" or "fresh."

Also in the order was a bouquet of 6 "I Love You" balloons - ONE WAS "WE LOVE YOU" !!! Now how can something so simple be messed up?! Helium was low next day on several balloons.

BEWARE! My over $200.00 of gifts had another 2 charges added to it, a SERVICE CHARGE and SHIPPING, adding almost $100.00 to the order!!!

NO FUTURE FTD ORDERS FROM ME!!! I RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE.
