I do not have to deal with FTD again.

Don't make amends for their errors, BAD customer service, Liars and theives, incompetent sales reps, Beware of Phony, Expensive delivery charges, Terrible customer service, Don't listen to the customer

I used them on Valentines day and they charged me double, would not use my gift certificate which I lost by inputting the number(another 20 dollars)and would not reimburse me. AT ALL. Not only that, but when I found out it was not working, I tried to cancel the order (about 10 minutes later) and they said it was already being delivered and they couldn't cancel it. What? that is complete cow fodder! They would not even have the decency to pick up their help line or answer the e-mail help call I sent until a week later. They are horrid. Do not trust something that means love to these unfeeling jerks. Pick weeds before using them. Also, at delivery, they left a chocolate inclusive order in the sun on a porch, which was supposed to be signed for. So it was melted and the flowers died. The receiver thought I hated them. FTD meand f-ing tightwad dumbasses! Angry and dissatisfied is an understatement.
