Pros

    I do not have to deal with FTD again.

Cons
    non existent service, Expensive delivery charges, Terrible customer service, Don't make amends for their errors

When the flowers arrived, they were slightly wilted and died within a day.  I let them know immediately about it and their satisfaction guarantee is meaningless.  I got a form email (no reply) saying they received my complaint and no further action.  This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with their plants and flowers.  Never again!
