Pros

I do not have to deal with FTD again.

Cons

don't care that they made a mistake, send dead flowers!!!!, Terrible customer service, BAD customer service, Don't make amends for their errors, can't get orders straight, can't ready their own delivery dates, Don't listen to customer, Don't listen to the customer

Used FTD to send my mother roses for her birthday......ordered YELLOW roses and Red ones were sent..Ordered 1 week before birthday and asked that be sent on a specific date....they were delivered 4 days LATE. Flowers looked like they were ready to die when received.....when called and complained was basically told that's life!!!! Would not recommend or use again
