I sent flowers from 3 different vendors to the "moms" in my life. This order was the worst. It was an order of tulips, and every one of the flowers arrived broken or crushed. Why? The box FTD ships in is not clearly marked for the delivery as to what end is up. Mine were delivered upside down. I contacted FTD about this problem. They blamed the delivery guy, saying their box should have been marked. They did offer to reship, although it was not until 2 days after Mother's Day. That order arrived safely, although it too was not marked with which was was up. The second set of flowers were not the color that were advertised on the website.
