I HAD TO FIND A VEHICLE WITH 4WD, THAT WAS GOOD ON GAS. I WANTED ROOMY, BUT NOT 18 WHEELER SIZED. I ALSO WANTED COMFORT FOR THE I HOUR ONE WAY DRIVE TO WORK.

I BOUGHT MY EXPLORER THE SAME DAY I TEST DROVE IT. I ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. MY HUSBAND SAID I HAD A GRIN FROM EAR TO EAR THE ENTIRE HOUR...

My ford explorer was great the 1st year I had it, then..........

I have a 1996 ford explorer. The 1st year I bought it everything was great. But since then both my driver and passenger seat handles broke. So now I can't put my driver seat forward for people to climb in back. My 5 disc cd player just stopped working all of a sudden 1 day. My window on my trunk used... review »

I have had 3 Ford Explorers now and never have I had a problem.  They are safe and reliable vehicles.
