FIREPROOF Review

  I heard a lot about this movie when it came out. I love movies with a message and you walk away feeling a little changed by what you've seen. Finally on New Year's eve I got to see it. Wow! This movie is incredible. It will change your life and your viewpoint. I was roped in from the very first scene. It starts out with a little girl saying she wants to grow up and marry someone just like her daddy, who is a fire fighter. Immediately you are rooting for her to find the man of her dreams. You also feel her pain as her dreams are shattered. The man she loves doesn't seem to love her anymore. His anger and lust drives her away. You want to make it all better, you want to help. Then as the husband tries to save their marriage, your cheering changes from the woman to the man. You want to see him succeed and you feel every let now, just as he does. This movie will make you cry! It's emotional griping and sets forth a challenge. I definitly recommend this movie, especially for couples. You will draw closer and feel ready to make a change in your own home and marriage.
