a fan of clever plots, a woman, watching chick flicks, a movie lover, a comedy fan
Pros

    deeply moving to many men, kirk camerons REAL acting debut, edge of your seat scenes, men and women enjoyed it, deeply moving, intense scenes not offensive

Cons
    only in selected theaters, not advertised enough

Fireproof is a must see for every married person, or anyone desiring to be. Starring Kirk Cameron brings the star power to the screen that a Christian movie deserves to drive home the message of fidelity and "until death do us part" in a deeply moving and well-acted manner. You are captivated by the advice given to the husband by his father and the difficulty he has following it. BUT, he does follow it and it works! Just like when we follow the word of God as outlined in the Bible--it does work. Is it easy? NOPE. BUT, it does work. Sometimes, the timing is not ours, but like the movie, persistance pays off. Great gift when it comes out in DVD!
