FELLOWES PAPER SHREDDER MODEL MS460CS Review

This unit is not the "beside-your-desk-throw-away-after-one-year" machine. It is a heavy-duty unit, good for a small office of 5-25 employees. Micro shreds (even better than cross-cut) up to 10 sheets at a time, including staples (paper clips not recommended). Separate feed slot for CDs, credit cards, etc. Fellowes offers the best customer service of any company I've dealt with. Our unit arrived with one of the roller/casters broken. Appeared to have been damaged in transit by UPS. I filed report with UPS, but was told to contact the shipper (since they paid the freight). Fellowes immediately shipped a replacement roller, without even asking for date or proof of purchase.
