Fatz cafe is my husband's and my favorite date night restaurant.  The ambiance is very cozy with large, comfortable booths, medium lighting, and music that is not too loud.  The waitstaff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.  The food is excellent, the portions large, and the prices reasonable.  Lunch is an especially good deal as meals run between $6-8, while portions are still large.  For dinner expect to pay between $9-15 which I still consider very reasonable for such a pleasant dining experience.  I love their cheese fries while my husband ADORES their potato soup, and our favorite entree is the salmon (yummy!).  Give it a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
