Ez-Do Single Garment Rack [Edison, New Jersey], Deluxe model, is easy to assemble.  Just need a Philip-head screwdriver (medium) to install the screws, as included with the packaged parts was a small wrench and a hex-wrench for use in tightening the base securely.  A one page instruction sheet is provided which identifies all the parts, and gives step-by-step direction for each phase until full completion--as well as a picture illustration of that step. The rack parts are of heavy duty chrome and epoxy steel tubes.  Once assembled,  4 smooth gliding casters lock into the base.  The width is 35.2 inches, the height range is 43-67 inches (as is adjustable) and the depth is 17.5 inches.  This depth measurement accounts for the base of the rack.  At the top, there is a single horizontal garment  chrome rod which has end-stops to prevent hangers from sliding off ends.   As it is adjustable in height, on each side there is a knob (triangular in shape, which aids in grip) for making the desired adjustment--whether for adult or a youth to reach.  The casters enable easy adjustment for use in the laundry room.  I have put together a number of other garment racks--this is by far more durable, as the components are truly thicker/heavier metal.   The metal & chrome rods were individually plastic-wrapped to protect; casters packaged together in a plastic bag; as were all like parts.  Thus, full  assembly could be done in about 10 minutes by this gal.  If I needed another, yes I would buy this brand again.
