Good makeup, but TERRIBLE customer service

I ordered a couple items from ELF. Then they told me that due to increase in sales, that it would take longer to ship my items. They finally shipped about 6 weeks later and not all my items were included. There was no indication that they didn't include everything and no credit was issued. But, once I finally got to a person they issued me a credit. However, the mineral makeup is just as good as my BareMinerals. I was just a little upset about the shipping errors...
