It has been 2 weeks since we flew back from San Diego, CA. On our flight there, they lost our baggage. It was recovered from florida and we received it 3 days later.
On our return flight, we had to book other flights due to the connecting flights at our destination and Express jet not arriving on time.
We were promised refunds on our tickets as we picked up our luggage at the Express jet check in desk. On that promise, we proceeded to book another, on schedule flight so we were able to connect properly without missing another flight.
2 weeks and 35 phone calls later...our Express Jet customer service experience has now become a fully disfunctional relationship. It gets worse.
We are ready to divorce Express Jet and share our experiences with the masses.
Avoid at all costs...We cannot stress this enough. You will end up paying triple the amount in rebooking flights, trying to obtain a refund and pulling all of your hair out in the process.
