The previews that I saw of this movie led me to believe it was Ben Stein taking on the educational system as a whole and not just such a small, albeit powerful, part of the science community.  — For what the movie was actually about Darwin's THEORY of Evolution vs. the THEORY of Intelligent Design the move was incredibly good.  I loved the use of the Berlin Wall as a metaphor throughout the movie.  Ben Stein is a genius whose supreme use of logic  provided for the one  humorous scene in the movie - when he got the avowed atheist to admit that while he doesn't… read full review »

This was a great thought provoking movie.  I am not normally a fan of Ben Stein but he did a  great job with this movie.  It makes people who believe in an old earth vs creation look like fools and has evolutionary scientist looking like they don't have all the answers and end up having to change their answers to make evolution look like it works. —… read full review »

It really made the point that a complete belief in evolution can and very well probably will, lead you into atheism despite the fact that Darwinism as it is commonly taught has deep flaws, which require a huge leap of faith and lack linear logic.
