The Expedia travel service website is great. It's easy to use, has great deals and incentives. Also, I once had a problem at the on eof the hotels I stayed in. The hotel (not Expedia) messed up my reservations. The customer service representatives made sure that my money was refunded quickly, as well as gave me a gift certificate for $25 to use the next time I booked anything through Expedia. Again, the mistake was not even their fault. They also will send travel copouns occasionally, and have a rewards program as well.
