Expedia.com Review

Expedia is awful! We went to Jamaica got there and the hotel said we had no reservations! It really ruined our trip. We finally got into a hotel but it was a nerve wracking experience. That hotel wanted US to give them $1000 a night to stay there! Expedia would not assist us when we called (yes from Jamaica!) and would not refund any of my money! They got $3000 from me and then sent us to another country with no reservations! My husband and I had already been stressed enough before we got there but this almost caused him to have another heart attack. It dampered the whole trip! WE WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN!!!
