Terrible customer service., No accountability, useless, Buck passer, more expensive then calling directly, con artists, long wait for customer service, Price is not what quote. SCAM...., full of deception, Basically a middleman

Expedia quoted one price and then charged my credit card a hundreds of dollars more for my vacation package. I contacted their customer service department in the Phillipines to only be given the run around and finally told they could not help me. They are a SCAM. Do not use EXPEDIA. Save yourself the headache. If you need to write them or call them they can be reached at 3150 139th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA. phone 425-679-3564. If you ask they won't give you the information.
