I have been using expedia for years for my travel plans.  I think it offers the best rates compared to the other websites which i always check out as well to compare the rates on flights, hotel, and car rentals.  The customer service leaves a little to be desired when i recently made a reservation on this website and then saw they had the same thing published for $300 less an hour later I called and was on hold or being transferred around for literally 45 minutes.  In the end they were accomodating though and came to a resolution both of us were happy with.
