So, I have been looking for a certain phone online, which I found on various websites, and then I came across exoticphones.com which had the phone I wanted for a great price, not to mention they were a T-Mobile dealer so they could actually upgrade my account (which I'm eligible for) and I could get the phone for a discounted price...so I was happy. I phoned them to get the process started, and none of the reps speak English at all, it was so hard to understand them, and my husband couldn't understand them either, which is not a good sign if you're website advertises phone sales, especially when you're dealing with contracts and such. Then, they told me they were confused by T-Mobile, so they would have to wait until Monday morning to figure it out, but they'd call me....So Monday afternoon right before they closed, I had still not recieved a call, so I called them again, and he said he was confuesed still and wouldn't be able to do it, and I asked him what he was confused about, and he said that I would have to change my plan, which I said I would....and I just don't think he understood anything I was saying. Not to mention the phone I wanted went up in price from the Saturday to the Monday, so when I phoned back, they said I would have had to pay a higher price. Anyway, I would be careful ordering from them, I'm just going to buy my phone outright for Sony.
